Stablecoin Development Corp. (SDEV) shares fell about 92% after a steep rally and traded below $0.90, while outstanding warrants raised the prospect of dilution for existing shareholders.

The shares had gained nearly 1,000% in a matter of weeks before reversing course. They traded below $1 by Oct. 14.

Stablecoin Development is designed to hold and stake the governance token SKY.

After the decline, the company’s market capitalization stood near $45 million.

The stock’s retreat has also put the company’s outstanding warrants in focus. If exercised, they would increase the number of shares outstanding and dilute existing shareholders’ ownership stakes.

Warrants held by Tether became eligible for exercise Oct. 16.
