Community Heritage Financial Keeps Quarterly Dividend at $0.08 a Share

Shareholders of record Oct. 30 are scheduled to receive the payment Nov. 6.

On Oct. 19, Community Heritage Financial Inc. (OTCID: CMHF) set its next quarterly cash dividend at $0.08 per common share.

The previous quarterly dividend was also $0.08 a share. It was payable Aug. 7 to shareholders of record July 31.

Community Heritage Financial is the parent of Middletown Valley Bank, which serves customers in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Shareholders of record Oct. 30 are scheduled to receive the next dividend Nov. 6.
