Tuttle Capital’s July 17, 2026, registration covers 16 exchange-traded funds, including several with artificial intelligence themes. The prospectus does not describe the AI-themed funds as autocallable products.

Tuttle Capital Thematic ETF (GANZ), another fund in the registration, began trading Oct. 15. That date applies to GANZ; the registration’s inclusion of AI-themed funds does not establish when each began trading.
