A transfer recorded Oct. 19 at 8:30 p.m. ET (Oct. 20, 00:30 UTC) involved 82,314,668 XRP valued at about $106.6 million and moved between wallets whose owners are unknown.

Both wallet addresses appear in the transaction details, but their owners are not identified. The transaction alone does not establish whether ownership changed or whether the transfer represented accumulation.
