Large Trader Closes $46.3 Million in Tesla and Chip Longs, Opens Alphabet Position
The new Alphabet long was worth about $44.4 million. The account also held a $1.2 million Amazon long.

A large trader closed about $46.3 million in Tesla and semiconductor long positions and opened a $44.4 million Alphabet (GOOGL) long, concentrating a large technology trade in one company.
The closed positions covered Tesla, a DRAM index and SOXL, a triple-leveraged semiconductor exchange-traded fund. Together, they were valued at about $46.317 million. The new Alphabet position was roughly $1.9 million smaller than the combined value of the positions the trader exited.
The trader entered the Alphabet position at an average price of about $345.865. It showed an unrealized loss of roughly $188,000 in the trading snapshot, with a liquidation price of $331.03. The account also held an Amazon long position worth about $1.223 million.
A long position gains value when its underlying asset rises. A liquidation price marks the level at which a leveraged position would be forcibly closed. These figures capture a shift in one account’s technology-linked trades, rather than a broader market flow.
