Crypto analyst Cleo Schmidt has mapped a second three-stage pattern in XRP, projecting a possible move toward $2.20 to $2.30 after the token slipped below a recent trading range.

Schmidt’s Oct. 18 analysis uses an accumulation, manipulation and distribution framework, or AMD. It compares an earlier stretch of XRP trading with a pattern she believes is developing now. The three labels mark a period within a range, a move below it and a subsequent rise in her analysis.

In the first sequence, XRP traded around $1 to $1.20 during July and early August. It then dropped below $1 before climbing to $1.68. Schmidt treats that rise as the final stage of the earlier pattern.

The second sequence centers on a range of roughly $1.40 to $1.55 through late September and into mid-October. XRP later moved below that band. Schmidt places the pullback in the middle stage of her proposed pattern, but the rise she projects for its final stage has not occurred.

Her $2.20 to $2.30 zone stands above the first sequence’s $1.68 peak. The comparison rests on the order of the price moves: a range, a decline beneath it and then an advance. The earlier sequence shows how Schmidt developed the projection; it does not establish that XRP will repeat it.

Schmidt frames the projection around the coming months without setting a date for the higher zone. For now, her second sequence consists of the trading range and the pullback beneath it.
