Tokenized Commodity Market Value Reaches $8.1 Billion After 120.5% Rise
Tether Gold and PAX Gold account for about 60% of the total. An electricity-linked token holds the second-largest value among the three products listed.

The market value of tokenized commodities has risen 120.5% this year to $8.1 billion, with two gold tokens making up about three-fifths of the sector's total value.
Tether Gold (XAUT) led the products listed at $3.1 billion, while PAX Gold (PAXG) stood at $1.8 billion. Together, the two accounted for $4.9 billion, or about 60% of the market.
Between them was Justoken JMWH (JMWH), an electricity-linked token on the XRP Ledger, with $2.2 billion in listed value. Adding JMWH brings the three products' combined value to $7.1 billion, about 88% of the sector total.
Tokenized commodities are blockchain-based instruments designed to represent or track assets such as gold and silver. Their market value reflects token supply and price, so the 120.5% increase does not, by itself, measure how much new capital entered the sector.
