Cardano SuperTrend Turns Bearish as $0.21 Channel Floor Comes Into Focus

A daily close below $0.21 could signal a break in ADA’s rising price channel. Holdings in large wallets have remained relatively steady.

Crypto analyst Ali has identified a bearish SuperTrend signal for Cardano (ADA), putting a daily close below $0.21 in focus as a possible break of its rising price channel.

The $0.21 level marks the channel’s lower boundary in Ali’s chart analysis. A daily close below it could signal that ADA has broken out of the channel to the downside, with $0.17 identified as a further downside level. The bearish indicator signal alone does not establish that a break has occurred.

Ali identified a comparable signal on May 22 that was followed by a 46% decline in ADA’s price. That earlier move does not establish what will happen after the current signal. The $0.21 channel boundary was also in focus in an earlier Cardano market snapshot.

Wallets holding between 100 million and 1 billion ADA have maintained relatively steady holdings over the past 10 days, without a clear directional shift. The next points to watch are whether ADA records a daily close below $0.21 and whether those large holders begin reducing their positions.
