Worldcoin (WLD) was quoted at $0.5839 on a WLD/USD reference price at 10:13 p.m. ET Tuesday, Oct. 20 (02:13 UTC Wednesday, Oct. 21), up 8.97% over 24 hours. Its high during that period was $0.5933.

At that reading, WLD was above $0.56 and $0.58 but remained below $0.61. A prior Oct. 18 spot-market reading put WLD at $0.4814 after a 4.11% gain in one hour, even as it remained down over 24 hours.

Open interest in Binance’s WLD/USDT perpetual contract was up 1.7% over 24 hours at 9:54 p.m. ET Tuesday (01:54 UTC Wednesday). Open interest measures outstanding contracts; the increase alone does not show whether traders favored long or short positions.

WLD is the native token of World Network. World ID lets users prove they are human or establish selected attributes without revealing their identity. On Oct. 18, World introduced a World ID offering for banking and finance and named Bain Capital, OpenExchange, Outtake, Pantera Capital and VanEck Funds as initial design partners.
