[On-chain stock futures] SOXL trades 4.48% above its regular-session close

With the US regular session still closed at 07:00 New York time on October 21, Hyperliquid’s round-the-clock xyz market had $3.89 billion in 24-hour trading volume and $3.86 billion in open interest across 137 instruments.

SOXL, the Semis 3x ETF contract, traded at $101.92, a 4.48% premium to its last regular-session close of $97.55. SanDisk (SNDK) stood 2.60% above its cash close at $1,400.90, followed by Micron (MU) at a 2.33% premium and $916.98, and NVIDIA (NVDA) at a 1.93% premium and $220.64. Alphabet (GOOGL) traded at $337.36, a 0.86% discount to its $340.28 cash close.

SK hynix (SKHX) led 24-hour turnover with $368.80 million, followed by the S&P 500 contract (SP500) at $361.44 million and SpaceX (SPCX) at $346.80 million. WTI crude (CL) recorded $304.14 million, while the Nasdaq 100 contract (XYZ100) drew $270.67 million. Open interest in those contracts stood at $349.89 million, $385.37 million, $149.28 million, $182.36 million and $290.49 million, respectively.

Over 24 hours, the South Korea 3x ETF contract (KORU) led gainers with a 12.72% rise. SpaceX gained 9.22%, Strategy (MSTR) 8.94%, CoreWeave (CRWV) 8.64% and Nebius (NBIS) 8.46%. Alphabet led declines at 1.83%, followed by Microsoft (MSFT) at 1.16%, Meta (META) at 1.01%, WTI crude at 0.93% and Apple (AAPL) at 0.50%.

Across asset classes, US stock contracts generated $1.22 billion in turnover, indices $636.51 million and commodities $590.10 million. Korea-linked instruments recorded $503.71 million, private-company contracts $390.14 million and the Others category $292.78 million. ETFs contributed $165.04 million, crypto equities $85.31 million and FX $6.44 million. Among crypto equities, Circle (CRCL) rose 7.22% and Coinbase (COIN) gained 4.14%; in commodities, Brent crude fell 0.48% while Silver advanced 0.75%.
