Hyperliquid Burns 21,790 HYPE as Cumulative Total Reaches 49.69 Million

Hyperliquid bought and burned 21,790 HYPE over the prior 24 hours for about $1.75 million. The tokens were purchased at an average price of $80.27 each. Estimated fees for the period totaled $1.65 million.

The latest burn brought Hyperliquid’s cumulative total to 49.69 million HYPE, equal to 4.97% of the token’s 1 billion maximum supply. The cumulative amount was valued at about $4.05 billion. The token count tracks the amount burned, while its dollar value depends on HYPE’s price.

The 21,790 HYPE burned in the latest period was nearly 1.92 times the 11,340 HYPE figure in TokenPost’s Oct. 18 update.
