XRP Gains 3.69% to $1.38 After Oct. 18 Drop Below $1.28
XRP reached $1.2571 during the Oct. 18 UTC trading day. Earlier exchange deposits measure transfers, not completed sales.

At 5:09 p.m. ET (21:09 UTC) on Oct. 21, XRP traded at $1.3834, up 3.69% from 24 hours earlier after dipping below $1.28 on Oct. 18.
The token reached $1.2571 during the Oct. 18 UTC trading day. Its latest price puts it back above $1.28, but the earlier low shows that level has already been breached.
Tracked exchange wallets received about 6.05 billion XRP in deposits over the 30 days through Oct. 19, including about 2.46 billion sent to Binance. Those figures count transfers onto exchanges, not completed sales. Without corresponding withdrawal figures, the deposit total also does not show how much XRP remained on exchanges.
A separate 90-day moving average of large-holder withdrawals from Binance stood at $49.7 million around Oct. 20, down from $3.5 billion in February 2025. That measure covers one exchange and is denominated in dollars, so it cannot be compared directly with the broader XRP deposit total. Neither measure establishes a cause for the Oct. 21 price gain.
