XRP Whale Outflow Average on Binance Hits Five-Year Low at $49.7 Million
A separate 30-day measure recorded 6.05 billion XRP in exchange inflows, the highest level in seven months.

The 90-day moving average of XRP whale outflows from Binance fell to $49.7 million, its lowest reading in five years, while a separate 30-day measure showed exchange inflows at a seven-month high.
The outflow average was last at a similar level around October 2021. It stood at $3.5 billion in February 2025, making the latest reading about 98.6% lower.
The measure tracks the dollar value of XRP withdrawn from Binance wallets. It does not count purchases or show why the tokens moved. The dollar-denominated Binance outflow measure can also shift with XRP’s price without an equivalent change in the number of tokens withdrawn.
Meanwhile, the separate trailing 30-day measure recorded 6.05 billion XRP flowing to exchanges, its highest level in seven months. Binance received about 2.46 billion XRP during that period. The inflow figure covers exchanges broadly, while the outflow average is Binance-specific; the two measures also use different periods and units.
“XRP has shown notable resilience throughout this bear market,” Darkfost wrote. The flow figures show substantial exchange deposits alongside lower Binance whale withdrawals, but they do not establish whether large holders are accumulating or selling.
