A four-hour chart setup remains unconfirmed; a break above descending resistance and recent highs would strengthen the case for the conditional target.

A four-hour falling-wedge setup places $0.23 as a conditional recovery target, contingent on a confirmed break above descending resistance. The chart has two descending trend lines that narrowed around XLM’s price during October, and the setup has not confirmed a breakout above resistance and recent highs.

The chart places near-term resistance at $0.178 to $0.179 and support around $0.176. It also marks resistance near $0.236, above the proposed $0.23 target. A move below the wedge’s lower boundary would weaken the recovery case.

The latest setup follows earlier coverage of mixed XLM technical signals around $0.20.
