YieldMax Memory and Storage Portfolio Option Income ETF (YRAM) set its weekly distribution at $0.3458 per share, 10.8% below the prior week’s payout, marking a smaller cash distribution for shareholders.

Payment is scheduled for Oct. 22, with Oct. 21 set as both the ex-dividend and record date. The new amount is $0.0419 per share below the previous $0.3877 distribution, following last week’s YRAM payout.

YRAM’s distribution rate was 40.47% as of the Oct. 19 close. The rate annualizes the latest distribution against the fund’s most recent net asset value and does not represent total return. Its 30-day SEC yield was 0.71% for the period ended Sept. 30 and excludes option income.

The fund’s primary objective is current income, and its secondary objective is capital appreciation. It uses options strategies on memory and storage companies.

Distributions are not guaranteed and may vary or be zero. They may include a return of investor capital. The next payment is scheduled for Oct. 22.
