First Trust Sets MDIV October Distribution at $0.0772 Per Share

First Trust Advisors L.P. set MDIV’s October distribution at $0.0772 per share, a 19.6% decline from September’s $0.0960 payment, with the next payment due Oct. 30.

The October amount is $0.0188 per share lower than the previous distribution. Oct. 21 was both the ex-dividend date and the record date for shareholders eligible for the payment.

MDIV trades on Nasdaq and seeks to track the price and yield of the Nasdaq US Multi-Asset Diversified Income Index before fees and expenses. The index allocates about 20% to each of five segments: equities, real estate investment trusts, preferred securities, master limited partnerships and a high-yield corporate debt ETF. It is rebalanced quarterly.
