The Solana meme coin Kimchi stood at a $21.51 million market capitalization in a snapshot timestamped 1:25 a.m. ET (05:25 UTC) Oct. 22.
The difference between the two figures is $18.49 million. Kimchi had reached a $40 million market capitalization within its first hour after launch.
A whale invested $144,000 when Kimchi's market cap was $33.7 million. At the time of the snapshot, the position showed an unrealized loss of more than $50,000. The market cap at that entry point was $12.19 million above the latest snapshot.

An earlier snapshot put Kimchi’s market capitalization at $24.86 million. The latest figure is $3.35 million below that earlier mark.
