A Hyperliquid account holding the largest long positions in both WTI and Brent crude showed a combined unrealized gain of about $309,200 on Oct. 22, as a rebound in oil prices pushed its positions back above breakeven.

The two positions represented about $49.97 million in notional exposure. Their combined paper result had been a loss of about $958,900 earlier that day, making the swing roughly $1.27 million. Both figures describe unrealized profit and loss; they do not represent a realized result.

WTI accounted for about $29.89 million, with a $98.90 average entry price and $145,400 in unrealized gains. The Brent position was valued at about $20.07 million, with a $106.60 average entry price and a $163,800 gain.

The account’s equity was about $17.11 million against $49.97 million in notional exposure, a leverage ratio of roughly 2.92 times. Notional exposure is the stated value of a position; leverage compares that value with account equity. Both oil positions were long, meaning they were positioned to benefit from higher prices.
