A wallet linked to the U.S. government moved about $1 billion in Bitcoin (BTC) associated with the Bitfinex hack to an unknown wallet. Arkham Intelligence CEO Miguel Morel said the transaction trail alone does not establish whether the coins were sold or moved to a new custodian.

Morel also discussed disposal orders and the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
