Meta Platforms (META) shares fell 5.8% to $658.27 at 11:32 a.m. ET (15:32 UTC) Thursday, Oct. 22, reaching their lowest level in more than a month.

The shares were on pace for a third consecutive post-earnings decline of more than 5%. The 11:32 a.m. quote was an intraday snapshot.

Meta's third-quarter results had been scheduled for release after the U.S. market closed Oct. 21, the day before the share-price snapshot.
