Bitcoin (BTC) had $8.56 million in long positions liquidated during the hour ending at 11:40 p.m. ET Oct. 23, as combined liquidations on Binance, Bybit and OKX reached $10.84 million.

Long positions made up the larger share of the total, with short liquidations accounting for the remaining $2.28 million. TokenPost’s total combines publicly available liquidation data that it collected directly from the three exchanges. The figure covers Binance, Bybit and OKX only; it is not a marketwide total. The tally measures the one-hour period immediately before the 11:40 p.m. ET cutoff. The long-side amount exceeded short liquidations by $6.28 million, and the two figures add to the full exchange tally.

Bitcoin moved from $81,846 to $81,839 over the same hour, a 0.01% decline. The liquidation figures and price readings use the same observation window. Bitcoin was identified in the tally as the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, adding context to the $10.84 million three-exchange snapshot.
