On Oct. 24, BUIDL’s recorded token value stood at $2.168 billion across nine networks, a 4.72% decline from 30 days earlier; Solana held the largest amount.

Solana recorded 872,433,618.59 BUIDL tokens. Avalanche C-Chain had 481,316,062.77, while Ethereum’s two listings totaled 420,813,737.64. At the listed net asset value of $1 per token, Avalanche’s balance was about $60.50 million larger than Ethereum’s combined amount.

The balances show where tokens were recorded. They do not establish that tokens moved from Ethereum to Avalanche or explain the decline in outstanding token value.

BUIDL launched on Ethereum in March 2024 and later expanded to Avalanche and Solana. Each token represents one fund share, and the fund seeks to maintain a value of $1 per token. Its investments include cash, U.S. Treasury bills and repurchase agreements, with accrued dividends paid to investors.

The fund is offered to qualified investors, with an initial minimum investment of $5 million. Tokens can be transferred between pre-approved investors.
