Cryptex ETF Filing Retains XRP at 4.41% Proposed Portfolio Weight
The Oct. 23 amendment uses a Sept. 8 index snapshot, and the same allocation appeared in two earlier filings.

Cryptex Finance’s sixth pre-effective amendment for its proposed Cryptex Digital Market Cap ETF keeps XRP at a 4.41% of the fund’s proposed portfolio, using a Sept. 8 snapshot that had already appeared in two earlier filings.
The amendment, filed Oct. 23, lists XRP’s index weight at 4.36%. The same figures were included in amendments filed Sept. 11 and Sept. 30, so the latest document does not change XRP’s proposed allocation.
The ETF is designed to track the Cryptex Digital Market Cap Index, making it a multi-asset product rather than a fund dedicated to XRP. The Sept. 8 table includes 36 index constituents across five tiers. After additional screening, the proposed fund portfolio contains 24 assets.
The prospectus describes several screening rules: assets that are not eligible components are capped at 15% of fund assets, any asset that would have a weight below 0.50% is excluded, and CTX has a 6.5% minimum weight floor. The index and fund figures therefore describe separate proposed allocations in the filing.
Cryptex expects the ETF to list on Nasdaq under the ticker BAGZ, subject to notice of issuance. Nothing in the filing indicates that the ETF holds XRP or has attracted investor capital; 4.41% is a proposed allocation.
The 4.41% figure describes a proposed portfolio weight. It does not show that the fund has purchased XRP or received investor assets.
