[Editor’s note] Korea crypto watch uses an interest index to examine the Korean cryptocurrency market. It covers tokens traded on both Korean and overseas exchanges. The index combines Korean trading share, global trading share, the kimchi premium and recent trading surges, focusing on actual trading turnover. Korean share measures a token’s weight within Korean exchange trading, while global share measures its weight within overseas trading. The ratio compares those shares rather than absolute trading volumes.
