Five Selected Analysts Retain Buy-Equivalent Ratings as Netflix Targets Span $77 to $100
Three of the five lowered their targets in Oct. 21 actions, a day after Netflix issued results for its quarter ended Sept. 30.

Five selected analysts kept buy-equivalent ratings on Netflix after its third-quarter results, setting targets from $77 to $100 even as three lowered their estimates for the stock.
The range covers a selected group, not the full set of analyst actions on Oct. 21. A broader count included 16 actions, among them Needham analyst Laura Martin’s downgrade from Buy to Hold.
Bank of America Securities analyst Jessica Reif Ehrlich maintained a Buy rating and lowered her target to $90 from $105. Morgan Stanley analyst Sean Diffley kept an Overweight rating and cut his target to $77 from $80. Wedbush analyst Alicia Reese retained Outperform and lowered her target to $80 from $90.
Deutsche Bank analyst Bryan Kraft kept a Buy rating and a $93 target. TD Cowen analyst John Blackledge also maintained Buy, with a $100 target. The three target cuts did not change those analysts’ ratings; the five selected analysts retained Buy, Overweight or Outperform.
The target actions followed Netflix’s Oct. 20 results for the quarter ended Sept. 30. The company posted revenue of $12.874 billion, up 11.8% from a year earlier. Its operating margin was 34.6%, and diluted earnings per share were 87 cents.
Netflix also lowered its 2026 advertising revenue forecast to about $2.7 billion from about $3 billion. The company pointed to a slower rollout of some advertising product capabilities in its Oct. 20 shareholder letter, which described the revised estimate as “~$2.7B” compared with “approximately $3B previously.”
