Anthropic Files Public IPO Papers as Binance Contract Pulls Back
Anthropic separately applied to list shares on Nasdaq under ANT. Binance’s ANTHROPICUSDT is a pre-IPO futures contract, not the proposed stock.

Binance’s Anthropic pre-IPO futures contract rose and then retreated Monday after the AI company made its IPO registration public, a new step toward its planned U.S. stock listing.
Anthropic submitted a public registration filing with the SEC and separately applied to list its shares on Nasdaq under the proposed symbol ANT. The public filing follows a confidential draft registration statement the company submitted June 1. Its shares have not begun trading.
Binance, a cryptocurrency exchange, lists its instrument as ANTHROPICUSDT. It is a pre-IPO perpetual futures contract, not Anthropic stock. Its price reflects trading in the derivative and should not be read as an IPO share price.
Binance launched the contract June 2, months before the public filing. Its initial advance on Oct. 26 gave way to a partial pullback. ANT is the proposed stock symbol; ANTHROPICUSDT identifies the separate Binance contract.
