Robinhood Chain’s spot decentralized exchange (DEX) volume was $5.255 billion in the Oct. 26 dashboard reading, down 23.10% from the prior seven-day period as spot activity contracted more sharply than perpetuals.

Perpetuals volume was $6.869 billion in the Oct. 26 dashboard reading, down 4.62% over seven days. The two measures show declines across both trading categories, with the spot market posting the steeper percentage drop. The figures do not establish whether traders shifted from spot trades to perpetuals or reduced activity in both markets.

The network’s decentralized finance (DeFi) total value locked (TVL) was $1.132 billion on Oct. 26, down 0.04% over 24 hours. Stablecoin market capitalization stood at $1.05 billion, down 0.24% over seven days, with Global Dollar (USDG) making up 64.6% of the total. Active real-world-asset assets under management (AUM) reached $335.38 million, a separate metric rather than a component of TVL.

The figures track different things. DEX volume measures trading across a period, TVL measures value deposited in DeFi protocols, and stablecoin market capitalization reflects the market value of stablecoins, crypto assets designed to maintain stable value. The DEX figures cover seven-day periods, while TVL is dated Oct. 26 and the stablecoin change covers seven days. These measures cannot be combined into a single total or treated as a direct count of active users.

Robinhood opened the public mainnet on July 1, building the permissionless Layer 2 network with the Arbitrum Platform. The chain supports financial applications, including services for tokenized real-world assets, and launched with DeFi features such as lending and borrowing. Its initial trading partners included Uniswap and Pleiades.

Stock Tokens are one use case tied to that financial-applications focus. They provide economic exposure to stocks and exchange-traded funds but do not give holders legal or beneficial rights in the underlying securities or against their issuers. Offers and sales of Stock Tokens are prohibited in the United States and to U.S. persons abroad. The restriction applies to the tokens, while the public mainnet is the network itself.

Robinhood is scheduled to release third-quarter results after U.S. markets close Tuesday, Oct. 27, and hold a call at 5 p.m. ET.
