Dogecoin Analyst Outlines $0.16 to $0.17 Target With DOGE Near $0.079
Ali Martinez's conditional scenario centers on $0.081, a level above the price quoted on Oct. 26.

Crypto analyst Ali Martinez outlined a possible $0.16 to $0.17 target for Dogecoin (DOGE), while an Oct. 26 price quotation near $0.079 placed the asset below the $0.081 level central to his recovery scenario.
The target depends on DOGE following the pattern Martinez described. It is a conditional scenario, not a price the asset has reached. Martinez identified $0.081 as a key level in that analysis.
About 36 billion DOGE had last moved on-chain around $0.081, Martinez estimated. That figure records past activity at the price; it does not show whether buyers are waiting there now. A daily TD Sequential buy signal was also part of the earlier review of Martinez's setup and wallet figures. Such a signal points to a possible turning point, not a confirmed rebound.
Martinez estimated that large-holder balances increased from 55.6 billion DOGE on Oct. 12 to 56.2 billion on Oct. 16. The roughly 600 million DOGE increase does not establish when those tokens were acquired or what their holders paid.
An Oct. 17 weekly-chart snapshot had already placed DOGE below $0.081, at 0.08020 USDT. It also showed the asset below its 20-week simple moving average of $0.08163.
