A dYdX community governance vote is weighing closure of markets for ENA, ONDO, WLFI and several other assets, which would send the affected markets into final settlement if approved.

The proposed list also includes TRUMP and WIF, along with WTI crude oil and silver (XAG). The vote covers both crypto-asset and commodity-linked markets on dYdX.

The proposal cites low trading activity and liquidity across most of the markets. It says the WTI and XAG markets have oracle maintenance costs that are high relative to their usage. The ENA, ONDO and WLFI price data sources rely on node infrastructure scheduled to shut down.

If voters approve the measure, the listed markets would enter a final settlement state and their corresponding price data sources would be shut down. The closures remain conditional on the vote's outcome.

The onchain vote closes Thursday, Oct. 29, at 8:40 a.m. ET (12:40 UTC).
