Two Leveraged ETFs Target Anthropic Shares Ahead of Proposed Nasdaq IPO
Anthropic's registration statement leaves the IPO price range and share count blank. Valuation discussions have put the company at about $1.5 trillion, below earlier $2 trillion estimates.

Two leveraged exchange-traded funds (ETFs) tied to Anthropic shares have been filed ahead of the AI company’s proposed Nasdaq listing, while the IPO’s price and share count remain unset.
Anthropic, the maker of Claude, filed to list Class A shares under the proposed symbol ANT. Its registration statement leaves the price range and number of shares blank and says no public market existed for the stock.
Valuation discussions have put Anthropic at about $1.5 trillion, down from earlier estimates of $2 trillion. Neither figure sets the offering terms.
A separate pre-IPO perpetual market tied to Anthropic’s proposed Class A shares offers leveraged price exposure but does not confer share ownership or an IPO allocation. The final IPO price and listing timing remain unsettled.
