Ether (ETH) could extend its monthly winning streak to four months or end the run at October’s close, after posting an 8.77% gain in September.

The asset closed higher in six of its 10 October periods since 2016.

Alaoui Capital said a break below $2,000 could bring Ether to a potential support range of $1,850 to $1,920, which it called a “make-or-break zone.” The analyst added that a sharp rejection from that range could prompt a relief rebound.

Ted said Ether finished a weekly candle below $2,400. He said failure to reclaim $2,350 soon could put $2,200 in view.
