TD Asset Management Corrects TSTB's October Distribution to C$0.03 Per Unit

TD Asset Management Inc. corrected the October distribution for TD Short Term Bond Fund – ETF Series (TSTB) to C$0.03 per unit in a notice issued Oct. 23. An Oct. 20 notice listed C$0.035 per unit; the correction said the per-unit amounts in the earlier notice’s second table were incorrect.

Unitholders of record Oct. 30 are scheduled to receive payment Nov. 5. The corrected October amount matches TSTB’s September distribution of C$0.03 per unit.

TSTB is a Canadian-dollar fixed-income ETF listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The fund holds Canadian government, bank and corporate debt, with maturities of five years or less.
