Arbitrum (ARB) fell 17.44% over a week, putting its $0.162 local low and a second liquidity zone at $0.174 in focus on a one-month liquidation heatmap.

The heatmap marked denser liquidity areas at $0.205, $0.212 and $0.218. On the daily chart, the swing structure was bullish: September’s rise from $0.131 to $0.255 was its latest upward impulse, and the recent decline was a pullback within that structure. Arbitrum is a layer-2 network for Ethereum.

Technical readings pointed to selling pressure. Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) was below -0.05, while the accumulation/distribution (A/D) indicator was falling. The directional movement index (DMI) showed a bearish tilt, with the negative directional indicator (-DI) at 24. The average directional index (ADX) was below 20, indicating no strong trend.

A move back above $0.17 after a test of $0.162 would indicate that buyers had responded at the local low. A drop below $0.162 without a bullish reaction would suggest the longer-term correction had not finished.
