Open interest is the combined value of derivatives positions that have not been closed. All five assets had positive funding rates, which means traders with long positions pay traders with short positions. ETH’s rate was 0.0090%, or 9.9% annualized, and Dogecoin (DOGE) was at 0.0047%, or 5.2% annualized.
BTC’s mark price was $79,747, and open interest totaled $7.63 billion, up 1.70% over 24 hours. Long accounts made up 69.4% of the total, compared with 30.6% short accounts.

SOL’s mark price was $99.99. Its open interest reached $891.9 million, a 2.22% increase over 24 hours. Long accounts accounted for 75.4%, while short accounts made up 24.6%.
XRP was priced at $1.29, and open interest stood at $389.4 million, down 0.45% over 24 hours. Long accounts represented 76.1%, compared with 23.9% short. It was the only asset in the snapshot with declining open interest.
DOGE’s mark price was $0.0770, and its $212.5 million in open interest rose 0.02% over 24 hours. Long accounts made up 72.8%, while short accounts represented 27.2%.
The snapshot’s largest open-interest total belonged to BTC, but its strongest daily increase came from SOL. The account share of long positions was highest for ETH. The reading follows an earlier Bitcoin open-interest snapshot.
