Rain (RAIN) was priced at $0.00711, down 10.9% over 24 hours, in a 10:54 a.m. ET Tuesday market-data check (14:54 UTC). Its listed total supply exceeded its circulating supply by about 431.6 billion tokens, a gap that does not establish how many tokens remain locked in vesting.

Total supply was about 1.1424 trillion RAIN, compared with roughly 710.8 billion in circulation. About 393.3 billion RAIN are estimated to remain locked, with another 45.9 billion unlocked but not yet in the market.

Those figures use different supply bases. The vesting estimates use a 1.15 trillion maximum-supply base, while the 431.6 billion gap is calculated from current total supply minus circulating supply. The gap therefore is not a verified count of tokens subject to vesting.

RAIN has a 1.15 trillion maximum supply. Designated allocations have lockups with release schedules ranging from six to 24 months, but the current aggregate locked balance is not specified. Those conditions apply to allocated tokens rather than general market participants.

Rain Protocol is a prediction-markets protocol on Arbitrum. RAIN is its governance token, with that function tied to DAO activation.
