Crypto.com, OG.com Roll Out 5x Perpetual Futures to Eligible U.S. Traders
The contracts cover six crypto assets, and only U.S. dollar cash can be used as collateral. At 5x leverage, $200 in margin supports a $1,000 position.

Crypto.com and OG.com announced a rollout of perpetual futures with up to 5x leverage for eligible U.S. traders, covering six crypto assets on the Crypto.com App and Exchange.
Retail users can access the contracts through the app, while institutional and advanced users can trade through Crypto.com Exchange. The initial roster includes Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), HYPE, Zcash (ZEC) and Sei (SEI).
The contracts allow users to take long or short positions without a scheduled expiration. Trading is available around the clock, subject to system availability, maintenance and risk controls.
Only U.S. dollar cash can be used as collateral. At 5x leverage, $200 in margin supports a $1,000 position. Losses may exceed a trader’s initial margin, and open positions may incur ongoing funding-rate charges.
Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) offers the contracts. Foris DAX Inc. is the introducing broker, while Foris DAX FCM, LLC, a CFTC-registered futures commission merchant, carries and holds customer accounts.
Six corresponding CDNA contracts carried “Certified” status dated Oct. 8, 2026. That status is not CFTC approval. The CFTC approved Kalshi’s Bitcoin perpetual contract in May 2026.
The CFTC changed North American Derivatives Exchange’s designation on Sept. 30, 2025, so registered futures commission merchants could clear margined futures for customers on an intermediated basis.
The futures rollout is separate from the Oct. 20 preliminary River Markets arrangement for eligible U.S. institutional traders, which covers access to Crypto.com Exchange spot liquidity and regulated prediction markets.
Kris Marszalek, founder and CEO of OG.com and Crypto.com, said the expansion gives users “the ultimate toolkit for market flexibility.”
