ARK Invest Holdings Show 50,183 More Circle Shares and 601,028 Fewer ARKB Shares

ARK Invest’s Oct. 27 fund snapshots showed ARKW holding 50,183 more Circle shares than a day earlier and ARKW and ARKF holding 601,028 fewer ARKB shares combined.

The ARK Next Generation Technology ETF (ARKW) listed 848,944 Circle Internet Group (CRCL) shares, a net increase from its Oct. 26 snapshot. The position represented 4.33% of the fund’s portfolio and ranked as its fifth-largest holding. The update follows earlier coverage of ARK’s Circle position. The snapshots show net holdings changes, not exact trade quantities.

ARKW held 2,197,592 shares of the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin (BTC) ETF (ARKB), down 515,062 from its prior snapshot. The ARK Blockchain & Fintech Innovation ETF (ARKF) held 1,098,464 ARKB shares, a decline of 85,966. Together, the funds retained 3,296,056 shares with a combined market value of $87.28 million.

Circle shares closed at $79.84 on Oct. 26, down 7.07% for the session. The holdings snapshots do not show exact execution prices or times, or establish whether the ARKB position changes funded the Circle holding. ARKW’s Circle position is company stock, not USDC.
