1,558 Bitcoin Transfer Leads $538.2 Million in Coinbase Flows

A transfer of 1,558 Bitcoin (BTC) worth $124.8 million to Coinbase Institutional was the largest of six crypto movements valued at $538.2 million in the three-hour period ending at 11:03 a.m. ET Oct. 27.

Four transfers went to Coinbase Institutional and two left it. Exchange-bound transfers totaled $340.4 million, while transfers from exchanges to unknown wallets came to $197.7 million.

At 9:53 a.m. ET, an unidentified wallet sent 661,612 Solana (SOL) worth $66.4 million to Coinbase Institutional. At 10:40 a.m. ET, 1,529 BTC valued at $122.8 million moved from Coinbase to an unknown new wallet, while an unidentified wallet sent 979 BTC worth $78.4 million to Coinbase.

Two Ether (ETH) transfers took place at 10:55 a.m. ET. Coinbase sent 32,169 ETH worth $74.9 million to an unknown new wallet, and an unidentified wallet sent 30,375 ETH worth $70.8 million to Coinbase.

A separate Coinbase Institutional transfer batch also included Bitcoin moving both to and from the exchange. Transfer direction alone does not establish whether assets were sold or what their holders intend to do.
