Shiba Inu Burn Transfers Reach 1.47 Million SHIB in 24 Hours

Shiba Inu (SHIB) burn transfers totaled 1,466,368 tokens in a rolling 24-hour reading displayed Oct. 28, about 35% of the average implied by the prior seven days.

Three listed transfers accounted for the total. Two sent about 408,128 SHIB and 1.02 million SHIB to a dead address at 8:06 p.m. and 8:23 p.m. ET Oct. 27 (00:06 and 00:23 UTC Oct. 28). A third sent 37,922 SHIB to the zero address at 7:09 a.m. ET Oct. 28 (11:09 UTC).

The seven-day total was 29,270,972 SHIB, an average of about 4.18 million per day. The 30-day tally was 681,693,442 SHIB, valued at about $3,832; the 24-hour total was worth about $7.
