A wallet associated with Compound co-founder Robert Leshner acquired 40,000 Compound (COMP) on Oct. 28, bringing its balance to about 55,000 tokens worth nearly $1.2 million.

The acquisition involved Genesis Trading and a second address whose identity was not disclosed. The tokens were valued at nearly $900,000.

Leshner transferred 15,000 COMP to the wallet two years ago. The wallet has not sold COMP during that period, even as the token’s price fell more than 50% at one point.
