The scenario also uses average volatility of 27.8%, an average correlation of 0.43 with U.S. stocks and institutional portfolio allocations ranging from 1% to 5%. It describes Bitcoin as the best-performing major institutional asset over the period.
The outlook projects that Bitcoin drawdowns will diminish over time. Its listed risks include quantum computing, AI-driven advances in mathematics and a regulatory reversal.
