YieldMax Sets CRCO Weekly Distribution at $0.1678 Per Share

YieldMax announced Wednesday a $0.1678-per-share weekly distribution for the YieldMax CRCL Option Income Strategy ETF (CRCO), a smaller payout than the prior week, with payment scheduled for Oct. 30.

The new amount is 6.05% below the previous week’s $0.1786 distribution. It follows an earlier $0.1795 weekly payout scheduled for Oct. 9.

CRCO’s distribution rate was 70.13% as of the Oct. 27 close. The rate annualizes the latest distribution against the fund’s latest net asset value and does not measure total return. The fund’s 30-day SEC yield was 3.29% for the period ended Sept. 30 and excludes option income. Distributions may vary and can include ordinary dividends, capital gains and a return of investor capital.

CRCO sells call spreads tied to Circle Internet Group Inc. (CRCL) shares to seek option premiums and weekly income. The strategy can limit the fund’s participation in CRCL’s gains while exposing it to losses if the shares fall.

The fund set Oct. 29 as both the ex-dividend date and record date. Payment is scheduled for Oct. 30.
