YieldMax set a $0.1653 weekly distribution for the YieldMax BRKB Option Income Strategy ETF (BRKC), a 12.53% increase from the prior payment, with cash due to shareholders Oct. 30.

The distribution is up from $0.1469 announced Oct. 21. Oct. 29 is the fund’s ex-dividend and record date. YieldMax announced the new amount Oct. 28 at 6:55 a.m. ET (10:55 UTC).

BRKC listed a 20.98% distribution rate as of the Oct. 27 close. The figure annualizes the latest distribution against net asset value and does not represent total return. Its 30-day SEC yield was 2.81% for the period ended Sept. 30 and excludes option income.

The fund combines options tied to Berkshire Hathaway’s BRK.B shares with short-term U.S. Treasury securities to pursue weekly cash distributions. It does not hold BRK.B shares directly. The strategy can limit some gains and expose investors to losses if BRK.B declines. Distributions are not guaranteed and may include return of capital, which can reduce the fund’s net asset value and trading price.

The new payment follows an earlier BRKC distribution announced for a different week.
