Cerebras Systems (CBRS) shares fell 6.7% Wednesday amid a short call from Culper Research, which disclosed it had taken a short position in the company.

Reported short interest in the stock was 12.6%. Cerebras is scheduled to report third-quarter results Nov. 12.
