YQQQ Declares $0.0427 Distribution, Up From Oct. 21 Payout

YieldMax Short N100 Option Income Strategy ETF (YQQQ) declared a $0.0427-per-share distribution on Oct. 28, above its latest prior distribution of $0.0312, declared Oct. 21.

The new amount also exceeds the fund’s $0.0351-per-share Oct. 14 distribution.

The fund uses options to pursue income and indirect exposure in the opposite direction of the Nasdaq 100 Index. It does not directly short the index. The distribution amount alone does not establish the fund’s income or yield.

The issuer estimates that 0.00% of the Oct. 28 distribution is return of capital, a figure that may change.

Oct. 29 is both the ex-dividend date and the record date. Investors who buy on or after the ex-dividend date are not entitled to the distribution. Payment is scheduled for Oct. 30.
