TokenPost's collected Binance spot ZEC/USDT price put Zcash (ZEC) at $1,242 at 10:33 p.m. ET Oct. 28 (02:33 UTC Oct. 29), down 5.44% from $1,314 four hours earlier. TokenPost calculated the change from public exchange quotes.

ZEC was also down 5.28% over the 24 hours ending at that observation. The four-hour percentage compares the $1,242 quote with the $1,314 level four hours before it, while the 24-hour figure uses a separate measurement window. The two declines describe different comparison periods.

Liquidations across Binance, Bybit and OKX totaled $2.08 million in long positions and $20,000 in short positions during the same one-hour period. The $1,242 reading is for Binance's spot ZEC/USDT pair; the liquidation total is a separate aggregate across the three venues.

Zcash ranked 10th by market capitalization, at approximately $21,860,650,000. The ranking and market value add a broader size measure to the exchange-specific price movement.
