Acadian Timber Corp. kept its quarterly dividend at CAD 0.29 per share and set Jan. 15 for payment, maintaining the payout level for shareholders eligible to receive it.

The company set Dec. 31 as the record date, so shareholders on its books that day qualify for the payment. Dec. 31 also marks the ex-dividend date.
