Ki Young Ju said Bitcoin (BTC) ETF net inflows were close to zero this year, while subdued demand and stable prices made a major sell-off by whales or miners seem unlikely.

CryptoQuant founder Ki Young Ju said crypto markets could regain bullish momentum if ETF inflows recover after midterm uncertainty fades, linking a potential shift in demand to the political backdrop.

Ju said BTC ETF net inflows were close to zero this year. He described ETF demand as subdued while BTC prices remained stable.

Under those conditions, Ju said a major sell-off by OG whales or miners appeared unlikely. He added that investors who planned to exit may already have sold.

Ju's outlook is conditional on ETF inflows recovering after midterm uncertainty fades. His near-zero figure concerned Bitcoin ETF net inflows, while his forward-looking comment referred to ETF inflows more broadly. He did not give a date for a recovery.
