Tradeweb Markets Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share on Oct. 29, maintaining the amount of its previous quarterly distribution.

The payment is scheduled for Dec. 15. Shareholders of record on Dec. 1 will qualify for the dividend, and Dec. 1 is also the ex-dividend date.

Tradeweb’s forward yield is 0.47%.
