JPMorgan's new $262 valuation assigns Palantir Technologies (PLTR) shares a December 2027 target and an Overweight rating, tying the call to projected cash flow ahead of the company's Nov. 2 earnings release.

The valuation applies a 55-times enterprise-value-to-free-cash-flow multiple to JPMorgan’s calendar 2028 estimates. The bank forecasts $11.7 billion in free cash flow that year and a 77% compound annual growth rate over three years. Those figures are JPMorgan estimates, not company guidance.

JPMorgan analyst Brian Essex placed Palantir on Positive Catalyst Watch. Essex wrote that “Palantir is already delivering ROI ... and growth is accelerating.”

Revenue reached $1.935 billion in the second quarter, 93% higher than in the same period a year earlier. U.S. commercial revenue rose 149% to $764 million, and the company forecast third-quarter revenue of $2.160 billion to $2.164 billion.

Palantir is scheduled to release its third-quarter results after the U.S. market closes Monday, Nov. 2. Its webcast is set for 5 p.m. ET (22:00 UTC).

The price objective covers Palantir stock listed on Nasdaq. Binance’s PLTRUSDT is a separate perpetual contract that tracks the stock, trades around the clock and settles in Tether (USDT). Trading PLTRUSDT does not require owning Palantir shares.
